Thanks, AD, and yes, I can make the disconnection between trading stocks and the pain caused by layoffs. I wish everyone had your sensitivities! It looks now like we've weathered this one personally, but I'm sure we'll be working to help a lot of friends get through the Holidays and on into the next year. Indeed, my spouse's best friend is one of the "victims" this time. I sure wish I had a business that needed a few hundred great employees, I know where I could get them.... Slightly different topic: How do you interpret all the analyst calls last week and this, that we've reached a bottom in IC manufacture? I teach technical courses in that industry, and I'm not so sure. Mitch
