s-t, I noticed something on the p/c chart, $CPC. Yesterday, it popped up through it's upper B-band, notice on the chart, it did this before, mid Feb., and mid Aug., right around major moves in the VIX and the market. It also did this mid May. It's been trending up all year, with slightly higher lows and higher highs. Take a peak.
