Biowa, They said the panel will get the info on July 24 & 25, and two weeks from that date, they will announce the panels recommendation. Which looks like we will know something by Aug. 9th on the outside. Since the date of the panel meeting is set, I couldn't imagine what could happen for them to not announce by Aug. 9th. Either you have it or you don't. What I like is the company they purchased recently is taking stock and some cash if I read that correctly. Would you take stock instead of all the money, if you thought the stock price would be worthless soon? I don't think so.
