OT - OBL. The tape also shows that they miscalculated the amount of damage the attack would cause. OBL, who said he was the most "optimistic", thought that only the floors above the level of the impact would collapse.

I'm glad to know that they are no great geniuses. On the tape they look like a bunch of despicable clown rats. They caused more damage than they expected, and now they are getting their daisies cut.
