Kastel, it's not so much about being diversified as it the amount of money you have allocated towards one stock. I have a tendency of plunging in @ 15% in a single stock -- which is great in a bull market, but stupid at any other time.

No more than 5% allocation on any one stock my friend, taking a lose or a gain from that amount becomes much less of an emotional experience -- and you'll become much more systematic about your trading techniques.

I'm still w-a-y too heavy with Tesco stock (my biggest position) but I promise I won't do that again... lol!
