ATT put in an offer to buy SBC and Justice Dept said "anticompetetive". Not really hyping the stock. I like the CLEC's as a group and believe they have been weak for no reason. If you look at the consolidation in the market it makes sense. Me and many professionals like this type of play in the telecomm business . . . infrastructure is a strong asset.
