Duke60, I caught that too. He said the overall international weighting will remain at 25%, but changes will be made to the allocation of that 25%. I think the reason this seems so mysterious is that he's walking a fine line--on one hand, BB doesn't want to p.o. his subscribers who feel they should be the first to get the details; on the other hand, he can't honestly repeat his 'old' international allocation strategy on the air, knowing it's obsolete.

In his monologue today, Bob implied the prospects for slow growth in '98 are looking good. Inflation (trailing and ongoing) is in a real sense probably just under 2%, and interest rates are likely headed down. GM has announced that, for the coming model year, the average price increase will be just 1%!! It's been a long time since that's happened.
