I guess I spoke too soon. Faber on CNBC is reporting on it right now. Price said to be in low to mid-30's. Perhaps 80% of that in Amgen stock.

As an IMNX shareholder I'm not at all happy about this. I think IMNX alone has much greater potential IMO. And I hope the board agrees. Low $30's is certainly too low.
