Immunex to be acquired by Amgen????

2:53 pm ET Immunex (IMNX) 27.40 +2.95 (+12.06%): CNBC confirms rumor reported by Briefing.com at 10:44 that IMNX may be in play. According to CNBC, co is in advanced talks to be acquired by Amgen (AMGN -4.5%) in the low to mid $30 per share range.
