The board of directors should represent all shareholders. It seems to me from past history that major shareholders are only looking after themselves first and only; and that minority shareholders only get what's left. The presence of Forest is 66% ownership, who is the major shareholder. If things don't goes according to their plan, they get rid of the people who can't vision the future and create future value for the long term.
