Nice quote, DiViT. So according to Microsoft's PR department, not a group known for putting any kind of spin on anything, "New Positions Will Strengthen Compliance With Proposed Antitrust Consent Decree."

Oh yes of course. They certainly won't be there just to determine exactly how far over the edge Microsoft's toes can extend before they get slapped back. Certainly Microsoft's history of blatantly spitting on legal settlements that were intended to constrain its anticompetitive behavior will not be repeated here, because This Time It's Different. Ballmer and Gates have discovered Religion or something, right?
