I would guess that this week will be a little more quiet, given the holiday and all. I anticipate a brief rise early and then a gradual decline back under 20. Of course, I ain't know TA techie (yet), but as someone recommended, gut psychology may be just as effective.

I would guess that if there is a new announcement, they'd wait until Wednesday, in order to create momentum going into the weekend, but I don't expect anything myself. IMHO. Not to be taken as advice to buy, sell or punt.
