Dear Ish: I hadnt known of it (Mutual missle defense offer) if we offered them a deal like that dont see how they could find fault with us going on our own?? I dont know if Bush is right or not on this one but I do feel we are ALWAYS subject to threats from N.Koreans, Chinese and maybe some others if we are defenseless since loss of lives means FAR MORE to us then to them. JDN
