because adoption is such a wonderful option Here your logic is failing you. It's only wonderful if you start at the end - the wonderful adoption and work your way to the beginning - an unwanted pregnancy. If you start with the unwanted pregnancy and project forward you come up with many unpleasant results besides a wonderful adoption. You get angry boyfriends beating the woman until she miscarries, you get grotescly deformed births with no brain and little human appearance, you get teens who would rather run away than face the real or imagined horrors of their home. I can't say I know the ultimate outcome of an unwelcome pregnancy, but I am sure they don't all end happily. TP
