Settlement Update: Talked to Gilardi & Co again, they're still processing claims, earliest payout will be Q1 2002, probably nearer March than January. I wonder how much interest the settlement fund has earned in a year? $10 million at least, enough to offset some of the lawyers expenses! David T.
