You're right P2B reversal signals require a downbar with c<=c[1]. TR is only used with repeat signals and doesn't come into play with reversal signals. But during repeat signals TR's are acted on immediately on the close since the downthrust is built into that particular type of upbar. Using the mod I suggested today's upbar didn't reverse the swing to up yet because of the lower close.
