have people's brains begun working fundamentally differently in the last 200 years? The businesses of today are competing with each other, not those of 200 years ago, so again all is equal and the same mistakes will be made just on a much larger scale and with even more fallout likely. I'm not saying this is it happening right now, but to think it can't happen ever is exactly the naivete required for it to happen.
