"hoping that the reason for the neglect is that our favorite company is too busy to communicate with us" To a considerable extent this is true, from what I hear. KK is an inventor/engineer -- he's great at servicing customers and in much demand. It's pretty apparent he hasn't, as of a few months ago anyway, figured out how to delegate. So far he's shown very little understanding of how to deal with the public or stockholders. I've written several lengthy letters, trying to instruct him. I'm ready to write another, and I urge everyone else who cares about this company to do so. Rgds. -DT
