treaty that is 30 years old Is age a sign of a bad treaty? We have several treaties that are far older made with governments which have changed dramaticly since the treaty was signed. Are they all rubbish? Would you rather wait .. Again your logic fails you. There is an implicit assumption in your statement that the missle defense that Bush proposes is going to work, and that it is the only thing that would work. We would be far safer if Russia didn't point missles at us and that is a lot more likely with more treaties than with more missles. TP
