S, a couple of things I wonder about. Has anyone ever been able to gaurantee you the we will NEVER face an ICBM threat? Don't it only take 1? Why would our undertaking a Defensive posture cause others to pursue an Offensive Arms race? Does not this prove the need for one? Is not protecting it's citizens the primary purpose of our Federal Government? (Remember that Constitution thingie?) that"s just a few>>>>>>>>
