The people against it are sure it will happen if we build this system and POSITIVE that they will not if we don't. I think I'd rather have it in place. "Is not protecting it's citizens the primary purpose of our Federal Government?" Definately. I was going to point out in my post to r4e that I think the majority of our tax money should go to defense. Of course I don't think there should be as much tax money as there is, but that's another story.
