We're in a maelstrom right now after going over the falls.
But it's the very end of a bad year with all its implications.

The roar of the churning is too loud but somewhere the fat lady is singing barely. Maybe it's dear old Kate Smith singing God Bless America?

I wish all better sailing on downstream in the New Year.
