As the foundation keeps attacking the deal for reasons that only spoiled rich kids might understand, HWP stock keeps heading south.

The Foundation will have less and less money to manage with each passing month.

As soon as this deal is completed I will propose to the BOD that the dividend paid by HWP to shareholders be cut by 75%. Bout time we put those foundations on a shorter leash. After all Ford did it to their foundations. And now you don't hear a peep from them.

If by some remote chance this deal should fail then the dividend should be cut so that the money saved ($675 Million) can be paid to CPQ.

Either way the foundation should stick to being a foundation and leave the business part to those that are used to working for a living.

The foundations and the BOD have painted themselves into a very nice corner. It probably has not occurred to the Foundation that if they got on board with this deal and backed the BOD, (that they helped appoint) that HWP stock would start heading North.
