spoiled rich kids Ahh, the sour grape whining of a CPQ shareholder. I will propose to the BOD Why should they listen to you, but not all the existing shareholders? If by some remote chance this deal should fail Remote? LOL if they got on board with this deal and backed the BOD, (that they helped appoint) that HWP stock would start heading North. Mr. Market has spoken. He panned the deal when it was announced. Since doubts arose about the deal, the stock has risen.
