T, Money funds definitely have "anti-run" language in their prospectuses, as do all mutual funds. But we have to keep in mind that there are also many govt. and treasury money funds out there, along with muni funds. And many brokerages are already migrating from money funds to FDIC bank deposits.

Still, it could be a problem and investors may some day learn about the "orderly markets" provisions in that prospectus they never read.
