Hey VS, can you get rid of bile?

LOL BOB,

I am doing my best but they tend to mutate into more resistant strains but the fight continues.

Looks like the Accounting industry in the US decided to implement its own watchdog , after the events from the Enron debacle. This will force the accounting firms to blow the wistle sooner and remove the confict of interest pressures many face at corporations . That will mean that it will be harder in 2002 for corporations to fudge their numbers in order to meet or exceed , and it could lead to further earnings warnings in the months ahead as corporations adjust themselves to reality. As for brokerages and institutions, it appears that Bloget will be called to testify and will probably get a slap on the wrist , and as for the others , they don't seem to learn, there was an upgrade to Ebay the other day because it was cheaper than its peers, even though it trades at 70 times 2003 earnings . WOW, thats gotta be a reason to buy (not).

And I still don't understand how a analyst can reduce revenue and earnings projection while at the same time increase his rating and target on a stock , baffling to say the least.
