For 29 bucks a month TC2000 is absolutely unbeatable in my book. It does not have all the typical TA signals, but it makes up for it with some proprietary signals which are very effective such as moneystream and bop.
It takes some study and homework to learn but I have enhanced profits significantly with it. I have not tried metastock, so cannot comment on that one. The true strength of TC2000 is the ability to set it up to scan for exactly what you are looking for, which in my case is a daily watchlist of good daytrade long and short candidates. It is also helpful for swing trading, but I have not been in swing mode for some time.
