RE Either way the foundation should stick to being a foundation and leave the business part to those that are used to working for a living. So I take it you don't understand or appreciate how capitalism works? The foundations are acting in what they think is their best interest just as I will do when I vote on the proposal. I just wish I had as many shares as they do and I appreciate them taking the matter seriously enough to hire outside consultants to review the issue as I sure can't afford to do that. Kirk
