Dave, B. this country has got a lot of great foundations, Carnegie, Ford, Rockerfeller, Sloan, GM, and so on... None of them meddle in businesses that originate or fund them. As Duke pointed out "passive means passive"....creating an agenda from foundation shares means active. Jerome
