Although FASI is a distributor rather than a manufacturer, they do supply galley and lavatory parts to Boeing.

After the Boeing / McDonnell Douglas merger, Boeing will own 30% of the outstanding shares of FASI. IMO, once they are the largest shareholders in FASI, I would think that they would rather buy from a company in which they are a shareholder than from one in which they are not.
