SOX Coming Up To The Re-Drawn Rising TL Drawn through low of 10/3 and 12/4 which measures to about 550 currently. The original Rising TL (10/3 and 11/21)measures to about 570 now. Until SOX can get above the redrawn line its going to be difficult to get much up going. Strong resistance from this line could tip the balance in what seems to be a fairly ambivalent market.
