C-Jelly- I dunno, AMD seems to understand the problems. Now either they fail to communicate the solutions to the board manufacturers, or the board companies don't have the proper engineering resources to understand what they are being told.

This is just the downside of the AMD chipset strategy. They are closely tied to Taiwanese chipset and board manufacturers. As a group, the Taiwanese are fast and can produce very inexpensive chipset/mainboards. However, debugging and documentation are not strong points here.

To some, including myself, documentation and stability are most important, not price/performance. This is the flaw in AMD's Taiwan strategy. Longer term, I hope that AMD will correct this by a stronger effort in chipsets and reference designs.
