Harry: Some of the things I've read lately show gold bottoming at $325.00 or slightly lower. It's my understanding that South Africa produces gold at approximately $322.00/tonne so if this is the case they will be squeezed out. For some excellent information on gold check out Gold Mining Outlook by Steven Kaplan at geocities.com Lots of good info in this article and it looks like gold may be on the road to recovery.
