This whole DSL process was logistical nonsense. Remember, SBC has stated that their DSL expansion plans are being
delayed/postoned. Maybe it was becoming nonsense for SBC as well.
Frontier Corp. in Rochester NY(former Global Crossing) DSL works beautifully, and they are expanding quickly fighting AOL/TW.
VZ DSL is doing very well too.
