Michael, Frankly, I'm surprised that Fiorina/Capellas didn't do a lot more to make sure this deal appealed to the bulk of institutional shareholders up front. As the quarterback of the deal, Carly didn't do a lot of things. I find it incredible that there proxy isn't filed yet -- the one that's supposed to explain why this is such a great idea. Whatever people might have thought of her work before this, she's lost a boatload of credibility on how this acquisition has been handled. Dave
