As Jim indicated Monday, EDIG is in a booth at CES, hope the rabid shareholders don't swamp it, and keep the OEMs and other interested customers away.

E.DIGITAL TO EXHIBIT AT
INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER ELECTRONICS SHOW
(CES) JANUARY 8 - 11, 2002
We are pleased to announce that through an arrangement
with Hy-Tek Manufacturing, e.Digital Corporation is
scheduled to exhibit at the International Consumer
Electronics Show (CES) 2002, in Las Vegas. The e.Digital
booth is scheduled to be located in the "MP3 and
Internet Audio Pavilion" in the Las Vegas Convention Center,
South 3-4, booth number 13338, near the America
Online, Texas Instruments, Dolby Laboratories, and Samsung
booths.
We expect to display and demonstrate the MXP(TM) 100
and MXP 100 Sport digital music and voice
player/recorders, TREÓ(TM) 10 portable 10 GB jukebox,
DataPlay-enabled digital music players, MP2000 Internet music
player, and other products.
In addition to our own exhibit space, e.Digital
technology, featuring MicroOS(TM) 2.0 and VoiceNav(TM), is
scheduled to be displayed in booths and private
technology suites of various OEM customers, partners, and
licensees throughout the show.
More than 110,000 people are expected to attend CES
2002, where more than 2,000 manufacturers, developers
and suppliers of consumer technology hardware, content
media, technology delivery systems and related products
are scheduled to exhibit.
Further announcements are planned detailing our
participation and representation at CES.
