VERY SAD!! I personally made a ton of money trading HAL since 1996, in its current state of litiagation bait I would AVOID IT like the plague! I have a short position that I will cover in the 12 area then I will watch to see if TEXAS tries to make some type of TORT REFORM. If you would like a few OSX stocks, here are the best SLB, SII, DO, NBR, ESV, RIG, BHI, and PDS. This is the place to be as it gets cold! I feel for the managment, and employees at HAL. They are an incredible company but I have to admit now, the DRESSER MERGER was a total FLOP! It actually did the exact opposite of the original intentions of managment. I suspect that as HAL heads into single digits, and I hope it doesn't, the DALLAS print will have a field day blaming our vice president for this DEBACLE!! Its so very sad to watch the other OSX stocks all make gains as crude gains and HAL makes a new low!
