Another HORRENDOUS DAY for bonds with 10-year Treasuries now near 5.2%. This means stocks remain greatly overvalued despite the modest drop we have seen recently.

After the 1987 and 1990-91 bear markets, stocks remained in undervalued territory for quite some time after the bottoms were reached. So far in this bear equities have been undervalued for only a few weeks. Something to think about -- long and hard.
