Hi Mark,

The past 2 days I've not had the chance to post much, or play in the market. Seems that someone has stolen mail from us including bank and other financial info and began writing fraudulent checks against one of our accounts. The night before last, local police contacted me to ask about a cancelled check of mine found in a car of a person arrested for passing bad checks. That same day (unknown to me then) all funds were withdrawn from one of our accounts (actually way overdrawn thanks to the overdraft protection on the account). I discovered the loss yesterday morning when I checked on the account to see if checks had cleared overnight.

I've been able to do only a limited amount of trading (yesterday mostly just closing positions) the first couple hours of the day, and like you, duck back for a little time at the end of the day, a style I'm not used to at all. I did manage to get out of BLUE and CFLO and into SIRI and SBUX. Took a major hit with DIGL - out for a loss. Otherwise I've been spending time at the police station, bank, and on the phone with credit reporting agencies, credit departments, stores, insurance companies, etc.

If anyone has any experience with or information on protection from identity theft, I would certainly appreciate a PM. I'll try to answer other PM's and queries this weekend, but am not feeling too inspired just now.
