I have heard nothing about the merger since the president told me it was to early in the negotiations to reveal whether the acquisition was to be done with stock or debt. This week will be very interesting. It is worth noting that acquisitions can be confusing as to who is acquiring who. I would say this stock could soar overnight if word gets out that the roaster company actually is acquiring JAVA. Depending upon the nature of that other company this could happen.
