nycb, monetized home equity will slow and there will be less of a stimulus effect from the fewer dollars. siliconinvestor.com the title should be... "our ouji board and self interest tell us that we'll recover in 2002 b/c we have no other evidence it will." this from the same folks who never saw the cliff ;-) they admit there is no pent up demand and folks will continue to lose jobs, net. that sounds like disaster.
