There have been many reports of a new bull market starting off the so-called lows from September 21 2001.

If you believe that, I have some swamp land in Florida for sale <ggg>

edit: IMHO the media will be very negative on the general market when it is in the throes of an early bull market (just like the present market for Gold & Silver)
