I am reading now the @Home ipo prospectus and it seems

that HLIT has huge market of two-way HFC cable upgrading

by @Home owners : TCI, Comcast, Cox, Rogers, Shaw, Marcus and

Intermedia. Totaly 44.3 Millions homes from which only 2

Millions of them has now the two-way HFC infrastructure.

The prospectus says that within 5 years " a majority of

these homes will complete upgrade" by the above cable

operators. Hlit is the place to be in the coming 5 years.
