Jacob, Thanks for that post. I would like to comment on the ideas from the book "The Guerrilla Game". I skimmed this book briefly but did not read it. I have a different guerrilla book, called "Guerrilla Investing", by Peter Siris, which I think may be even better.
Anyway, regarding the idea that the bigger, more established companies in technology will tend to win out over the smaller players, I was thinking about all those that are no longer here. I think the only major tech company from the 70's and 80's that has survived as a leader is IBM. Names like Prime Computer, Unysis (sp?), Polaroid, Burroughs, Digital Equipment, Xerox, etc. come to mind. It may be true that the guerrillas have the advantage, but that has not helped a lot of them for very long.
