Syl, how about we compromise here. I'll trade with the understanding there is a gap, and you trade with the understanding that there is no gap.

I think most people would agree that when you close the previous day at 1954, open the next day down at 1943, go up to as high as 1947, and never get higher than 1947, there is a gap.

Gaps can happen down as well as up.
