I don't think I want to own AMGN, simply because its size will make it difficult for a single new product to have an explosive effect on its price.... I dunno about that. I'm listening to their presentation right now and it's powerful. It's clear the IMNX & AMGN teams know each other well. So you combine what is known about IMNX (oh, and in the presentation they feel their expectations for ENBREL by 2003 are very conservative) and juxtapose this against AMGN's pipeline, then run around and take a look at its two year chart (wherein you'll find AMGN in this mornings pre-market was near its 2 year low)...well...I can't see AMGN declining further and see lot's of upside. I put my money where my mouth was in this mornings pre-market and bought some more when it bounced off its low end of ~$53. I didn't get completely filled but what I got, I'll take and hold while running giggling for the exits! ;-) John~
