Americans believe that we have a right to the presumption of innocence. It will be interesting to see what kind of trial develops with the VA trial of Mr. Moussaoui (and hopefully not a circus)... I am troubled however ... are not laws based to a degree on past cases and history? What is different about today than in WWII regarding military tribunals? Another thing which was said is that the order was verbatim to an order issued by Roosevelt during WWII.
