Interesting deal and structure. Damn, wish I was long AHAA over the weekend! I think this deal is much better than the TQNT-SAWS deal earlier in the year. This makes more sense, IMHO. We haven't seen many semi mergers during this down draft, perhaps this is the beginning of something? A-M-S
