You might want to check stock price to see if it matches. Dollar volumes sound about right for that division of Oberthur Group. As for leader in internet commerce smartcards, Schlum might argue that particularly now that Bull CP8 is rolled in, but Oberthur was original supplier of AMEX "Blue". "Internet commerce smartcards" still a pretty small patch of the smart card world, and the whole industry produces <$3 Bil for all applications with GSM SIM still dominant app and where Gemplus focuses. Oberthur overall #3 behind Gemplus and Schluberger. - Eric -
