The one thing we need to focus on is as this sector becomes deregulated, it will go through cycles just as the energy industry has in the past.

It's a new ball game with a lot of players who don't have experience with over capacity in a free market place.

As a rule, the more capital intensive the industry and the longer the construction lags, the longer and deeper the cycle is (i.e. offshore drillers).

This is a changing environment, and there is a good chance we will have over capacity over the next year or two.

CPN has too much debt to be a survivor if we have a substantial downturn in the sector.
